Tasos Fronimos
Tasos was born and raised in Greece. He always had a very creative nature and was looking at various ways to express it. At 17 he became a jeweler apprentice and shortly thereafter he began designing his own jewelry.
He decided to move to Los Angeles in order to learn from the best in the jewelry industry such as Van Cleef & Arpels and Tiffany &Co. He stayed there for ten years where he perfected his craft working with diamonds, fine silver and gold jewelry and used his creativity to add to existing designs. His designs ended up becoming very popular among Hollywood movies stars such as Cameron Diaz,Jared Leto,Jeff Goldblum,Brittany Murphy and Kelly Osbourne.
Also he has an extensive experience in sales and customer service, as he was a sales consultant at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills in fine jewelry department.
He officially launched his very own store as ” SoulFetish Athens ” boutique, in the most chic neighborhood of Athens called Voukourestiou str., in Kolonaki, where all the high end jewelry boutiques are. Tasos has continued to raise the bar high when it comes to design and hand crafted quality jewelry. Meeting his client needs is at the heart of what he does. He takes pride in personally assisting his customers find the right jewelry for them which will make them happy.
In 2022 Tasos decided to rename his store from ” SoulFetish Athens ” to “Tasos Fronimos”. His clientele already referred to it like this after seeing him being so involved and passionate about it.
What he loves about jewelry is that it becomes a very personal part of whomever wears it. This is one of the main things that does it for him. Jewelry gives someone meaning, fulfilment and an identity as well. That’s the gift. That’s the magic. He hangs onto this for his inspiration.”
Tasos has long been a go-to jeweler for some of the biggest celebrities such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Djibril Cisse ,Philip Kirkorov to name a few.
